Road, Teddington was established in 1982 and from that time has been host to

office block, located near the centre of Teddington, Middlesex with its own car park. It

The 18 offices offices at The Business Centre
are designed to accommodate between 2 and 4 people. Each office is fully furnished,
carpeted, double glazed and has telephone lines already installed. Access is provided to the
serviced offices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each office is set up and 'ready to go'.
The offices are let on a monthly licence basis. Crest House provides the ideal environment

Security
Crest House is protected by the latest technology intruder alarm system which is
connected directly to a monitoring station. A sophisticated fire alarm system is in operation
and the building has a current fire certificate. In addition the building is floodlit during
the hours of darkness. Four video cameras record all movement around the building and in reception. The images are recorded onto a hard disk and are kept for 45 days.
Offices at Epic House, Fulwell Road, Teddington
Epic House which is located at 128 Fulwell Road, Teddington was opened in December 2000 after complete refurbishment.
The building is a modern prestigious two storey office block. It is conveniently situated close to London’s Heathrow Airport and with good access to the West End and City, the M3, M4 and M25.
The 8 offices at Epic House are designed to accommodate between 2 and 4 people. Each office is decorated to a high standard, is carpeted, has low voltage down lights in a modern suspended ceiling and has electric radiator central heating.
The building has an approved fire alarm system, colour video entry controlled by each office, a burglar alarm system with video recorder and video cameras to the front and rear. Access is provided to the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are no parking restrictions in Fulwell Road.
The offices are let on a monthly licence basis. The monthly licence fee is fully inclusive of rates, heating, lighting, cleaning and the use of kitchen, but exclusive of Value Added Tax.
The building is pre-wired for telephones.Clients are able to make their own arrangements with BT or Telewest.
Business Address Service
The Business Centre also offers a Business
Address service designed for the person who is just setting up in business, or who is
working from home, or for the overseas company requiring a London address for U.K.
communications. This service is tailored to suit the specific requirements of each client.
Economics
The economics for small companies or units operating from Crest House or Epic House are
unbeatable as there is no capital investment in equipment or furniture, nor
any long term commitment in terms of a lease or legal costs. The tenants are not burdened
