CREST HOUSE
The Crest House business centre has eighteen executive office suites which are fully serviced. The suites are decorated to a high standard and are completely furnished. They are also
double glazed and centrally heated and each office has telephone extensions already
installed.
The monthly licence fee is fully inclusive of
rates, heating, lighting, car parking, telephone answering, office cleaning and
kitchen facilities.
Crest House has its own car park providing 14
parking spaces and there are no parking restrictions in Church Road.
Four CCTV camaras provide additional security with images being recorded and kept for 45 days. There is 24 hour access to the building. Post is collected from the building each
day at 5.00 p.m.
The telephone system installed at Crest House
incorporates ISDN and DDI technology. The system has voice mail and call forwarding to external numbers as well as internal extensions. Broadband is available in all offices.
There are three kitchens available for clients'
use. Fresh coffee, tea and other beverages are available during office hours.
EPIC HOUSE
Epic House is located at 128 Fulwell Road, Teddington and was opened in December 2000 after complete refurbishment.
The building is a modern prestigious two storey office block. It is conveniently situated close to London’s Heathrow Airport and with good access to the West End and City, the M3, M4 and M25.
The 8 offices at Epic House are designed to accommodate between 2 and 4 people. Each office is decorated to a high standard, is carpeted, has low voltage down lights in a modern suspended ceiling and has electric radiator central heating.
The building has an approved fire alarm system, colour video entry controlled by each office, a burglar alarm system with video recorder and video cameras to the front and rear. Access is provided to the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are no parking restrictions in Fulwell Road.
The offices are let on a three monthly licence basis. The monthly licence fee is fully inclusive of rates, heating, lighting, cleaning and the use of kitchen, but exclusive of Value Added Tax.
The building is pre-wired for telephones and clients make their own arrangements with BT or Telewest and the approved telephone installation company.
