1. Wherever the expression "the Owners" shall
hereinafter be mentioned it shall mean Edward A Goddard & Deirdre H Goddard (trading as Sterling Properties) of Crest
House 102-104 Church Road Teddington Middlesex or such other person firm or company who
shall acquire its business.
2. The expression "the Customer" shall mean the
person firm or company contracting for the hire of rooms with the Owners.
3. The following terms and conditions shall be the only
terms and conditions which shall apply to any contract entered into by the Owners with the
Customer and any attempts by the Customer to vary such terms or to incorporate its own
terms of trading shall be invalid and in no way affect the following terms and conditions.
4. The hiring of the room shall be for the initial period
specified by the Owners and will continue thereafter from quarter to quarter until
determined by either party giving to the other three months prior written notice. The
Customer shall be entitled to use the furniture office equipment and telephones in the
room and shall have all reasonable use of the common accommodation in Crest House and or Epic House.
5. The Customer shall be entitled to the use of the
Business address and services of The Business Centre Ltd on the terms and conditions
relating to the supply of such services.
6. Payment of the hiring charge will be made as to the
initial period prior to the commencement of the hiring and for each subsequent month by
the 25th day of the preceding month.
7. The Customer will prior to the commencement of the
hiring pay to the Owners the damages deposit specified by the Owners which deposit shall
be held until the determination of the hiring
as security for the payment by the Customer of all the charges payable to the Owners by
it.
8. The Customer shall be deemed to acknowledge that the
Owners shall have the right to specify which room the Customer shall occupy at any time
and the Customer will not be entitled at any time to take exclusive possession of the room
allocated to him.
9. The Customer will not damage or cause any damage to the
walls or floors of the room or any part thereof or to the common parts of the building and
will preserve the furniture and other contents of the room from being destroyed or damaged
in any way.
10. The Customer will not do or suffer to be done in or
upon the room any act or thing which may be a nuisance damage or annoyance to the Owners
or to the occupiers of any part of Crest House or Epic House or which may vitiate any insurance on Crest
House or Epic House against fire or increase the ordinary premium thereon.
